LGBT in Star Wars

This would be such a great question for some ballsy shareholder to drop on Iger at their next Shareholder's Meeting. Because on the one hand, they are going after any and all markets/niches to diversify their revenue streams. So they're marketing to the LGBT community here in the States for vacations/destinations and as an employer. But they're also going after markets in overseas and emerging countries, which yes have restrictive laws and attitudes for both women and anybody who's LGBT. So which is it? It kind of reminds me of how you have other media companies, like Yahoo or Google, who are all about the public appearance here in the States of being progressive and meanwhile doing business in countries which are far more restrictive about Internet access and human rights.
