So... Gina Carano has been absolutely tanking this week, making fun of trans people, BLM, and quarantine/covid. People had the last straw today when she said Pedro explained why people use different pronouns to her, only for her to go and mock and parody them in her Twitter header/bio. Yikes.

If anyone follows Beyond the Trailer, she said there was some drama behind the scenes, and something like the show won't show the mandalorian at all at some point? Idk it's vague but yea.

Also, SW fans raised thousands for trans charities in response to what Gina said.

The trailer seems to indicate that season 2's focus will be on Din and Babyoda's relationship as they go on their adventures, which makes me so happy!

No not at all I think, DR's revealing that Original Rey was supposed to be a Kenobi has infused much needed buzz and talk about Star Wars.
TROS was a lead balloon...

But the rumored behind the scenes drama between, Fav, LF and Pedro is very very off putting... how many times can fans be burned?

So Grace Randolph basically said that Pedro had a fall out with the creatives behind Mandalorian because he wanted more scenes with his mask off, especially with him and the child.. Fav disagreed, Pedro went to LF and asked for interference but the creatives behind Mandalorian basically fired Pedro halfway through filming season 2... so know we will be seeing lots of "other" characters instead of the Mando..

Yikes. I know the biggest draw is baby Yoda, but they really think people are going to be fine when the title character gets sidelined halfway through the season for other characters? Sure.

I´m glad I didn´t trust them and decided to wait where this show will be headed.
If it´s something worth watching or if it will be the next disappontment. I think I got my answer.

We honestly won't know until November/December, when the later episodes start airing. I hope it's not true. And I thought Mando was the low-stress SW property everyone could agree on.

It’s okay. The Mando will die, giving his life for the child. Satisfying hero arc? Tick.
Then, the child will return to Mandalore, bury the Mando’s helmet and declare him/herself the Mando child.
It’s satisfying...and... hopeful....

Yo, Mandalorian came back today and it was really good, the most Western of space westerns, and all the fans seem very happy.
