@Frolickingfizzgig I've no problem with his opening lines cause they couldn't have been anything else. of course he'll ask about Rey first! Duh! It wouldn't make sense otherwise. I'm just pointing out that those lines + his speech framed the spot as if he's still fighting only for Rey. if there wasn't his speech to cap it off it wouldn't come off like that. cause original spot that introduced the speech framed it as if he has found the cause, not that he's still in TFA frame of mind. And then a day later try to sell Finn and Rose dynamic as important for Finn's arc. WTF?

Lawrence Kasdan wrote The Bodyguard, Han and Leia’s relationship in the OT, and more than likely wrote a good part of Rey and Kylo’s relationship so far. Not an off base comparison to make (and every time I’ve seen Dolly Parton in concert she always thanks Whitney for how successful she made that song, including the $$$).

Eh, at least they’re together versus the whole lack of acknowledgement over the two of them interacting and being important to each other. It certainly beats the false flag feminism think pieces and hot takes which conflate femininity and emotional/human needs with weakness.
