I loved that scene. Yeah, Rey has never seen a man in any form of undress before so her response makes sense. She is shocked but attracted. I just love how he refuses to put a shirt on and just gives her that intense gaze of his.

Oh the bit with the cowl made me laugh because that's exactly what she's talking about. Which is like his comment about "that look in your eyes." Those two nerds noticed things about each other from the start which they kept thinking about afterwards (and funny how she kept bringing him up with Luke, like Kylo who? I don't know him)

No worries it’s an easy mistake to make when his name is right there.

I don’t think Rian has “liked” any overtly Reylo tweets since TLJ came out.

I was reading the last comments, about people still misinterpreting their dynamic and questioning their obvious attraction. I mean, in the shirtless scene they have Rey stuttering there, there's no other way they could be more obvious. But then I read a review, from a Brazilian scientist and, despite his review being very good about some aspects of the movie, in the end he was still wondering if Rey and Kylo are siblings. *face palm*

Oh they unfollowed a silly page on Twitter? Wow, they're really making an impact in the world.

@EchoBase @IoJovi - that's hilarious because he was Chris "Literally!" Traeger on Parks and Recreation, where the prequel trilogy and anxiety over the ST was one of its central running jokes. That's the show Patton Oswalt did his 7 minute Star Wars filibuster on. The man may not be as much of a nerd as the character he played, but he worked for years with writers who were pretty damn obsessed with Star Wars so that means a little something coming from him (and he's absolutely right, whomever had the idea of putting those two actors together as those two characters are what makes the ST work)

I heard director Spike Jonze ships them. He was on the DGA podcast with Rian.

@Atenais - that wasn't the review by the professor of theoretical physics at Dartmouth University here in the States? The name sounded vaguely Portuguese. And when he came to the conclusion at the end of his review that they could be siblings, my brain exploded because I would've thought somebody with those academic credentials would be a little smarter than the average film goer.
