Sigh Mark needs to quit it. Seriously... 
I used to love him but he is killing the franchise by his constant complaining. The sequel trilogy is about the new generation of characters not him! When will he get it?

Poor Mark, he’s never gonna understand how the OT characters are like Kasdan’s The Big Chill characters of youthful idealists take stock of their lives when they’re older. That’s part of what makes the ST brilliant

Love conquers all, what kind of message is this sending to impressionable young ladies who look to Princess General Leia as a role model?! Besides it's Han own fault that he got himself mixed up with gangsters and he can only date Leia after he saves himself and makes it up to the people hurt by his smuggling/criminal behavior. If they even think of putting her together with him, I will quit the fandom because that's not what Star Wars is about.

there is one thing that strike me in this story. They are selling romantic love between a princess and a galactic thief (he was a thief and shot his enemies) as the perfect love. While Kylo is evil and deserves to die ... if they wanted to save Kylo why not do a redemption marketing since 2015?

We know he can be this way inclined oftentimes. I mindfully did not read any of the comments on either of these posts either on Twitter or IG this time as I knew (and he knew?) it would stir up a lot of emotions. I’d like to think I have the rationality to to ride out these mini storms - there’s still potential VF stir gate to look forward to soon

Pablo Hidalgo said before, in that the movies are the ones that are canon and the novels are just adaptations of said canon. So there’s a grey area there.

I’ve seen the Polish title and wanted to post about it too but you’re quicker It’s indeed literally ‘Skywalker. Rebirth’ or - slightly more accurate - ‘Skywalker. Revival’ (and a dot in the title can be replaced with a colon, it’s like ‘Avengers: Endgame’ sort of title). I’d much more prefer ‘The Rebirth/Revival of Skywalker’ but it could be less speculative if one pays close attention to grammar and believes there’s a correlation - and honestly, even if the title was about Rey supposedly being that Skywalker, it’d be difficult to make a nice-sounding and accurate translation, so there’s a sacrifice to be made (no pun intended ) and I really wouldn’t mind a little ‘misleading’ yet more pleasing title - but they probably didn’t wanna lose Reywalker speculation and if any potential new order would take up a new name i.e. ‘Skywalker’. This, or they simply have no idea what ‘The Rise of Skywalker’ could mean and took the safest route
