B all the way. C-3PO and R2-D2 are more of a lovehateship, Anakin and Obi-Wan escalated quickly with lava and Finn's fear got the best of him once, leaving Rey behind at Maz's place. Meanwhile Han and Chewie stuck together through thick and thin, nothing but death could have ever truly parted them.

I literally laughed out loud with Threepio and Artoo. Why I never shipped them sooner, I'll never know.

My best friend always refers to them as Artoo and Artoo's B****.

R2 is definitely the boss when it comes to his friendship with C-3PO.

Out of that twitter list, Han and Chewie are definitely the quintessential SW best friends duo; I'm not suprised they won the poll.

I'm not surprised Rey and Finn came out last in popularity as they just became "best friends" in TFA. I will say, Disney/LF sure are emphasizing the fact that Rey and Finn are friends.

R2 and 3PO are clearly a romance.

There is a recent comic where C3PO gets captured by imperials and the rebels including the OT3 are ready to abandon him as a rescue would be too risky....but R2D2 gets angry, steals a ship and goes out to rescue him (I don't know the end of the story yet)... if that isn't true love, I don't know what is...
