@rawpowah Hey now, as an alumna we Girl Scouts are no where near as obnoxious as Poe Dameron (and seriously, putting his feet up on the Falcon in that comic? We would never do that as somebody's guest), have way better uniforms and best of all, cookies!

The one thing about that little snippet is while sure, Rey busts on Poe for bragging about his piloting skillz. But shouldn't she be wondering what happened to the rest of the Resistance that they're now down to the size of a Church Choir? And who's responsible for that? Which yeah, not that we'd get any of that story in the comics b/c that's product is filler and meant for a niche interest group. But the whole 'coworkers hanging out at Chili's after work vibe' is a little weird considering what they all just went through.

My prediction is still that Rey & Poe won't get along really well in IX...

It doesn't matter. Rey and Poe are new, unexplored dynamic so they are bound to have more interaction than already done Rey and Finn and Finn and Poe. make up for lost time and all that. Especially if Rey keeps certain things from TLJ a secret and gets busted. That shifts the dynamic into Rey/Poe corner cause of power play.

Poe v Rey, and also Poe v Hux. We got a little of the latter in TLJ, but now Poe is slightly more levelheaded and in a position of leadership, setting them up really well to butt heads.

Also Kylo v Hux, which has already been happening on some level for two films now. Now for their ultimate showdown.

Rian said on Twitter that for the green milk that Luke drinks from the Thala Siren, Mark was actually drinking coconut milk. I don't think he would have minded doing retakes haha. It's actually white in the BTS as well, they CGied the green colour on.

In the Poe comic, Rey is holding part of the broken lightsaber in her hand when she says you can’t dwell on changing the past so she’s likely lamenting what happened at the end of TLJ.

No offense to the Rey/Finn/Poe scene, but the way the dynamic comes across there, it belongs in a comic. It’s too dull for a movie, especially after what happened to the Resistance in TLJ.

Omg, I would love to see Daisy and Adam practicing together from TFA and TLJ. That would be some hot stuff.

Poe vs Rey would very interesting, one trying to assert power over the other. It'd be interesting to see a rebel soldier and rebel jedi have some confrontation- don't think we had that before? And it would be a great parallel to Kylo vs Hux.

That’s a good question since Rey is displayed with the saber, but I hope the circumstances involving the saber’s destruction (including Rey going to the Supremacy and her part in Kylo’s ascension) aren’t first addressed in Poe’s comic. It would be really anticlimactic if that were the case. It would mean it’s not that important to Episode IX ‘s plot since the number of people who read the comic is much smaller than the movie audience. I’d hope the comics wouldn’t address it in case it’s something relevant to Episode IX.

Hi Kessel, exactly my thoughts/fear. I guess we'll find out on the 18th. Btw, The Last Shot is coming out on the 17th, and some people (including Matt) have already been reading it/received it. I just re-read the bits about Ben's birth and the scene with him as a baby with Han and Leia in Aftermath: Empire's End... can't wait for The Last Shot! I really hope there's more there than just a bit in a chapter.
