Jason Ward replied to a few Reylos today on Twitter and basically hinted that what he's hearing about TROS and Rey's background/Rey and Kylo's relationship "doesn't belittle what Rian wrote at all". We know he's sitting on rumours about Rey and Kylo and this is a small indication of the nature of those rumours, imo.

And hes sort of making fun of reysky here becus of the romantic subtones, i guess this bodes well?

JJ has already said that he is going to honor RJ's story but as far as Rey's lineage there is MORE To the story, Jason is not saying anything new.

We have more details regarding one issue of the ‘Star Wars: Age of Resistance’ comic - the one dealing with Hux will have him and Kylo forced to work together to survive after crashing on a remote planet - I feel it might be hilarious .

I don't believe these things are intentional at all. The eyes will reflect different light at different angles and it's largely impossible to control, and I don't understand why any director would do this.

I agree- I have pictures of myself where it looks like I have this kind of "hearts" in my eyes - if you have several light sources focused on you it can reflect in that kind of shape...

Another possibility is that the "Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker" heading is ~rising/higher on Kylo's cover.

It reminded me a bit of Daisy's odd reaction on the TLJ script. I thought she knew about the romance from the start, but she was shocked by it. Not to mention her other interviews in which she told that JJ wrote a completely different story for ep8...I don't like her attitude at all tbh


So John W.'s reaction feels odd to me...like this was one of the most romantic scene ever and he wanted to make the vunerable, emotional Ben Solo look like an evil rapist who wanted to hurt the "holy" "flawless" Rey...jfc

I wouldn’t be so worried. I think John Williams viewed Rey as his own daughter and went into protective mode and wrote the score from Lukes perspective. It was probably more of a personal reaction (its kinda typical too, a lot of older male fans feel that way about Rey). Rian emphasised the female gaze here which is amazing!@Oscarborough-fairo

About John Williams and the music:  I guess not everyone is told everything about the plot.  He said a few years ago that he thought Rey might be Luke's daughter.  That might explain why he saw the hut scene the way he did.  He probably thinks (or at least thought at the time) that they're cousins.

really strange- he scored the "bridal carry scene" in TFA romantically but than he thought Rey & Ben might be related? Or that Ben wanted to hurt her somehow in TLJ when they peacefully sit in front of each other to touch fingers?
