It isn't surprising, yes. But I wonder why we haven't heard of John Boyega or Oscar Isaac for a while now. They were also filming at Pinewood a few months ago. And like so many among us I do hope that Adam will share scenes with Mark and Daisy but maybe that is just wishful thinking.

@EchoBase We've heard of Oscar and Laura. They shot scenes together. You can find report in Spoiler achieve. Boyega's stunt double was in Dubrovnik for exteriors, so Boyega and Tran will be added in a studio shoot. AD was shooting in London too, we just don't know what scenes. but yes, he was there clean shaven with Kylo hair.

If you ask me it's hard to believe there won't be a single scene involving Luke, Rey and the nephew who "destroyed" his dream (and who kidnapped/interrogated/fought and was scarred by Rey) in all of Episode VIII.

But now, it seems like only Mark and Daisy are filming. I was just wondering. All I want to hear is that Adam is having scenes with Daisy, that's all. Just being impatient here .

Good to know - I'm wondering if Pinewood Studios has multiple locations? There is indeed one here in Atlanta that is used for mainstream movie production.

Is anyone else sort of sad we won't be going into episode VIII spoiler free? A tiny part wants to cut myself off from the fandom but...nope, don't have the willpower. Purposely didn't look at anything before TFA, had no idea who Kylo Ren was beyond AD being cast. Now I'm desperate for every Reylo-friendly crumb coming our way.

Firstly sorry for my sleep deprived ramblings yesterday!!

Secondly I will apologise in advance for any incoherent ramblings today - I've been to castles, mountains, cathedrals, burial places of patron saints + the seaside today and am now starving!!

Anyway ignoring my personal woes @vaderito what you said about the Force vision and how it had it's opportunity to show Luke as Rey's Father and how it focused on the importance of Kylo that's what I thought from the off too.

If the Lightsaber had been Luke's right up until the point of Rey touching it, then surely Luke would have ha a more prominent position in the Force vision other than showing his cybernetic hand (I mean his face isn't even shown). But no, the most prominent person in the vision other than Rey herself is Kylo. Now why else would he feature in the vision so much if he isn't going to be a very important and prominent person in her life??

Definitely not a Stormpilot reference if you ask me. It's not even a possibility in my opinion. Also he seems to be talking about the movie in general, not just his role in it. Interesting to use the word "intimacy" though.

@FrolickingFizzgig I kid, I'm of the impression that stormpilot is total crack even though the characters have good chemistry. Have you watched any of Rian's work? Brick is fantastic and definitely goes to that weirdly intimate yet epic place Oscar seems to be describing.

Same. I just think a lot of signs are pointing to Finn getting a female love-interest (Tran). And I believe Boyega knew this, based on how quickly he made the original statement about how Stormpilot was nothing but a bromance.

I haven't seen any of Johnson's movies actually.

@frolickingfizzgig Yeah, realistically Finn has to have his own romantic interest because of how many people latched onto the idea of him and Rey in the first film. I do believe their friendship was meant to be something of a red herring in anticipation of the reylo twist, but that only seems fair to the character if he finds love with someone else too.

Rey unbraids in VIII, has flowing locks like Kylo:

The Rey costume is pretty much the same as what she’s wearing at the end of The Force Awakens, just without the vest. The shirt she has on underneath is like a white tunic, sort of a feminine version of the classic Luke Skywalker shirt from A New Hope. She still has her gun. Her hair is wild and flowing (i.e. she wears it loose).

Luke’s costume is like Count Dooku meets Luke from Return of the Jedi. He almost looks like a “homeless man”, and seems kind of haggard. It’s a darker outfit than we saw him in at the end of The Force Awakens.

They both look as if they have been wherever they are for a little while, and wherever they have been “does not have dry cleaning”.

That’s it for the costume info! This makes me really excited, and I love that Rey will literally be wearing her hair down. As much as I love the buns, I’m excited to see her with a fresh look.
