He looks so good with long hair, OMG.  And clean shaven.  And pale.  Can I send Adam a memo about this?

Swear to God, if Kylo cuts his hair in IX, I might storm out of the cinema and call the ST a disaster. XD

In all seriousness though- They won't let Adam cut his hair until he's ALL done filming for SW, unless cutting it serves a purpose for the films.

I'm not sure.  I think people were just worried that if Adam is done filming Episode VIII that he might cut his hair.  He probably won't, or if he does he probably won't cut it that much.  And I'm pretty sure he'll have it back to full Kylo length for Episode IX.  He really does have great hair.

I was just about to say the same thing. : D He also just exudes kindness in that movie. If anyone thinks that he can't play a non-dark character needs to see "Hungry Hearts" or "Tracks". In Tracks he is much more geeky, but such a decent guy.

I think the actors and actresses will not change their appearance drastically in the case they are needed to come back for reshoots/pickups.

So yeah, I've been re-watching A Very Potter Musical (which you should all watch, btw) and I decided the ideal Reylo kiss should look like Ron and Hermione's in it. (Just skip to 7:00)

(Yes, I'm kidding. Though seriously, it'd make the best SNL sketch ever.)

Jude was overall a good guy but also had some gray to him, I think. I've only watched the film once but it seemed like he got her pregnant on purpose (to keep her from leaving for a job in another country?) when she asked him not to. I'm not entirely sure what happened there. He totally loved her and their baby, it seemed a lot of tragedy happened because he was afraid of losing her.

I think she went starkers.  Dark freaking movie.

Jude was overall a good guy but also had some gray to him, I think. I've only watched the film once but it seemed like he got her pregnant on purpose (to keep her from leaving for a job in another country?) when she asked him not to. This was my reading of the movie and characters too, and it was heartbreaking from every angle. He seemed to love her ferociously, with a rather possessive edge even though he was clearly a fundamentally kind, sweet person. As someone who moved across the world to marry the love of my life, I gotta say, it hit me pretty close. I know how isolating and scary it can be to start your life over and only know one person at the beginning. You can't help but become dependent on them for a while, which was a real psychological adjustment for me. It has its impact on the relationship, even if things are otherwise wonderful.

Yeah, I didn't really think that. He never seemed to be a truly devious person who would do that. I think she hid more than he did. I think he was actually very naive and in love and expected the same from her ... but that's not who she was IMO. I frankly was never quite convinced she loved him at all. I also didn't get a possessive vibe out of him either. If anyone was controlling things, it was her and he was that "pleaser" sap who kept trying to acquiesce to her. His mother was portrayed as dominant, and I think that's what he knew and he just kept being the pleaser long after he should have stopped. Frankly, I was ready to tear my hair out with the excuses he was making for her. She never would have done the same for him for even a second, she was so controlling IMO.

I also didn't necessarily read it as a story of her isolation either. She was working in an international job. They had lots of friends prior to the baby, and I think we were definitely supposed to get weird vibes about her past. IMO, her isolation was self-imposed and I think we are to believe she went mad as a result of some trauma in her past that having the baby brought up. You have to give enormous credit to that actress for playing such an unsympathetic character with everything she had.
