On Ahch-To Luke asks Rey who the heck she, snatches Anakin's lightsaber out of her hand and possibly orders that she leave. Rey is upset and a little distraught when she is faced with the notion that Luke--the Jedi master whom she thought she was going to retrieve--turns out to be nothing like she imagined.

yes and they spend the time on Ahch-to until she leaves or they leave together but it curently looks like only she and Chewie make it to the Resistance. There was this lego set rumor that shows Luke, Kylo and Kylo's TIE Fighter. Could they go in one direction and Rey and Chewie in another? or could either or both be with Rey but images don't reveal it? Considering that Kylo/Leia are now a real possibility.

Finn wakes up in some kind of suit, healed after his ordeal with Kylo on SKB. Turns out he's now infamous in the Resistance and considered a hero. He's still unsure about his role in the Resistance, but embraces his popularity and ends up on some kind of mission with a nobody mechanic who may lose her much more accomplished sister in an accident.

Finn is actually the easiest to track cause we have scenes with him from the beginning (coma on D'Qar) to the end (gunner/pilot costume and new hair on Crait). Ditto Rose, from D'Qar to Crait. In between, they fly in a transport pod, go to Canto Bight's casino and prison, are chased by speeders while riding a space horse, break DJ out of prison, pretend to be FO officers on Snoke's mega ship, Finn fights Phasma and gives her Skywalker special, he and Rose return to Crait and get new hair, and he gets gunner uniform presumably to fight in the battle.

Kylo goes to meet with Snoke fully garbed in his helmet and with a new cape. He ends up having some kind of intense conversation or confrontation with Snoke that leads to Snoke possibly melting his helmet. Kylo ends up in the elevator and finishes the job of smashing the helmet himself. He's more convinced than ever that he has something to prove, but is also completely lost because he was wrong that killing Han would rid him of his conflict.

So he fights on D'Qar with his mighty TIE Fighter, than goes to Ahch-to with some drunken knights who get their butts kicked, likely ends up a sorta prisoner to Luke and rey until Luke blows up the hut (that may allow him to escape but maybe they all get shown the door by Guardians of the Whills and end up on crait or Rey ends up on Crait and Kylo who knows. Then Luke goes for Snoke and Rey for Kylo.

somehow they meet during the D'Qar attack but unlikely?

Kylo is taken to Crait by Rey/Chewie and Luke? (his whereabouts after Ahch-to are as mysterious as Kylo's)

Now when you think about it, "Luke goes for Snoke and Rey goes for Kylo near the end of the movie" is interesting. Why would she go for him long after they split on Ahhc-to? But if he was taken to crait but escaped, she could go for him thinking he'd betray them to Snoke or whatever.
We need info. We know all about Finn and Rose and Poe but Kylo is a mystery and so is luke after Ahch-to.

That's what I meant by we won't know where Kylo stands until the end of the movie. I think the possible Kylo and Rey fighting guards will be when Kylo shows whose side he's chosen, and to many (not us) it'll be shocking.

Maybe it starts similar to the vision from the Force back- Kylo kills someone from the FO before they have a chance to kill Rey

What I mean is, I don't think he's saving her in that vision. I think she's a fly on the wall, not actually present. He might become aware of her after she stands and he turns to face her suddenly, but that's speculative.
