That's exactly how I'm taking it. Nothing adds up with the amount of praise from everyone. I think we all need to take a step back and just take the praise over Kylo and Rey that they've been receiving and enjoy the movie...before everyone starts hating it

Yeah, it's possible that it could perhaps make sense in context but tbh they'd have to write something amazingly epic to make projection Luke seem reasonable.

Unrelated to Reylo, I hope Kylo is not responsible for the death of another OT character. It would just be too much imo.

Does anybody remember that John Campea "mother of all spoilers" thing from a while back? He confirmed it was in the movie and was one of the "predictions" he got right.

Harloff is also saying he predicted some things right and expects gloating over what he got wrong.

This is so frustrating. I just want to know if Kylo ends well in this movie. I do not want him to be the big bad guy, I do not want him to move to the bright side, I just want him to be somewhere in between, to be a kind of antihero. I suppose that this may mean that in the end it remains ambiguous if he is bad or good.
I think that in this film reylo are uncomfortable allies, this can be developed to something more romantic in the next movie. I think that is what some people who can not give spoilers try to explain.

Not that I ever really believed Dark!Luke would be a thing, but I wonder if his on-edge-iness stems from Luke having made some serious mistakes (related to Ben's fall?), or not going on a grand heroic adventure or something. That seemed to be a major expectation for a number of the Collider folk, never mind there being basically nothing to support Luke being the unscathed and perfect holy Jedi they think he is.

If anyone wants to enjoy the show.

Seems he feels made fun of by the movie.

what happened???- I was away for about 2 hours and again everybody is in a strange mood and believing that nonsense leak about Luke projecting himself???

Dang, I've never seen Kristian H. this ticked off. And this was someone who was ultra-hyped for whatever Rian Johnson had to offer. Or so he thought. Bravo to Rian, he really must have done something spectacular to get reactions like this.

Why is he saying people will make fun of them? Isn't that the forum that literally banned any talk of reylo?

Overall, Campea seems very excited about the movie and he keeps on saying that lots of people are gonna be very happy.
