I don't think the leaks can ever be too Reylo as far as what I would like to see happen in TLJ.  I just don't know how realistic the really Reylo leaks are after some of Rian's remarks.  But who knows.

In any case, if this leak were true, I think I would be very happy with the movie.  But I kind of lean towards saying it's fake for various reasons, mainly because he doesn't say what happens to Leia (unless I missed it somewhere in the thread, which is entirely possible), and that whole thing about droid independence.  That sounds more like Star Trek than Star Wars.  But again, who knows.  I guess we'll find out in December.

I never said those leaks were true. I said that so far, this was the closest to what I think will happen. What was posted by various "leakers" over the weeks is just not happening. It's untrue. It's badly written. They haven't seen the movie. Well, he does say that Kylo somehow saves Leia. So my guess is that she's pretty much fine at the end of TLJ. Of course, with Carrie's passing, it's kiind hard to know what they're really going to do. There are some suspicious stuff, he doesn't talk at all about a Sea Monster, the hut scene or anything close to what we've been hearing from legit people.

Hmm, to be honest, the bit about Luke believing that his family is doomed to fall to the dark side, does sound intriguing.
"He essentialy believes that having the "power" of the Force will inevitably corrupt its wielder and starts the next cycle of violence."
I have been thinking about this line of thought for a long while now and its certainly a fertile ground to explore.

When I look at the Star Wars history in general, its always that...Dark Side rises to topple the Light. There is always someone or something that upsets the status quo and is hell bent on gaining as much power as possible. I can see Luke being incredibly frustrated by that. The future of the entire Jedi Order has been placed on his shoulders and he failed.

I am also curious about the part that says that Anakin's ghost dissapeared, because he did something that other ghosts did not understand until now.

Anyway, those leaks are most likely fake but I find it impressive how some people have so much imagination that they can come upwith those kind of scenarios.

I'm not sure. Does it subtract from the experience by eliminating the suspense? Or does it add because either one of them is true, and you want to know which one, or none of them will be true and you'll be even more shocked?

Finally people are understanding that it's a likely story direction, or at least that their relationship will be very important. It took Rian stating the obvious (that we've been saying for years) for folks to finally get it through their thick heads.

Thee is a lot of things missing and it's like others. Luke and Rey are the heart of the story and here nothing. Reylo action sounds believeble apart from come back and crying, I mean I don't see that happeing. Not in this movie. Where is the hut scene between Kylo and Rey? No suspense, this movies is supposed to be different from the rest. Lack of Finn, old Snoke Vampire storyline rehash that has been going on 4chan. Few good things but many inconsistent with it.

I'm pretty sure my being surprised is going to be along the lines of "so that's how they decided to work out ______ plot point or _____character arc." Because like @Piper Maru said, we've already put in the time discussing/debating what we saw, so some of what we've gone over are likely discussions the creative team had when putting the story together.

One thing about a Kylo speech, maybe what happened with Ben being sent off to Luke was in seeing the scenario shown in Bloodline. The less influential/powerful communities in the NR were essentially left to fend for themselves, hence people like Casterfo having nostalgia for the Empire because there was supposedly more of an infrastructure. So if the two of them were traveling around and seeing these situations, such as somebody like Rey and the poverty/company town situation she was trapped in, there could have been a rift between uncle and nephew over how to respond. Because the PT showed that the Jedi's downfall was in part by getting involved and turning into a police force versus an order.

Oh, I know you didn't.  I didn't mean to imply that.  I just meant that I myself always enjoy leaks that have a lot of Reylo in them, but that at the same time, I just don't think a lot of them are real.  I would actually be really happy if some of the Reylo stuff these leakers come up with turned out to be true.
